*Wednesdays are devoted to Classical Ashtanga for beginners and intermediate levels.

*Sundays are devoted for total relaxation Restorative with guided meditation

*There are afternoon classes 4pm during holidays and retreats.

Meditation is incorporated within each asana class.

Also guided meditations and Yoga Nidra.

We can accommodate Beginners+all levels and injuries, we work therapeutically.

Kirsten has Master training in many styles of yoga. Maya her dog will practice with you at the end of the pier!



Guided Meditation offered in all Kirsten’s yoga practices open to public.

Sundays 10am are devoted for Restorative practice with guided meditation.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) offered around the holidays and with interest.

Meditation 101 is starting up soon…who is interested?

You are welcome to sit at the end of the pier anytime @Ak’boL to meditate on the reef horizon line…the waves…the birds…the clouds and drop some mind chatter….

The Studios

The octagon yoga palapa called “Mandalily”, is a beautiful umbrella-thatched palapa located just off the beach, privately and peacefully sheltered amongst a cluster of sea grape trees, huge agave, coconut trees within a natural spider lily garden… this is a cozy space for discussion groups, smaller yoga & wellness groups, privates, meditation, breathing, kirtan, weddings and sacred ceremonies… this studio has a soothing vibe…


The large yoga palapa, “Satsang”(1400 sq ft) is a grand palapa, lined with orchids, dramatically situated at the end of our 300 foot pier. A special place surrounded by the clear blue sea for larger groups and any type of event… engage in Self. This studio feels sacred!


Private Sessions

Private Sessions $75US roughly two hour sessions for one to two persons.

$150US private group session

Kirsten will have a private one on one session which checks alignment, teaches pranayama (breathwork), awareness of bandhas (internal locks), drishti (gaze) and you will deepen your practice of meditation. Kirsten teaches therapeutically and creates classes incorporating organically many other styles of yoga through her 20 years of training: Tantric Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Power, Jivamukti, Yin and more! You want it mild, medium or spicy?
